Katherine Trousdale

I have been running these mountains all my life! I was born and raised just over the mountain in Knoxville, Tennessee. I attended East Tennessee State University and moved to Nantahala in 1999. For several years I traveled as a District Sales Manager and have nearly 20 years sales experience. In 2005, I decided to get off the road, changed my career and obtained my Real Estate license. I decided I needed to learn as much as I could about my new career, so I took the initiative to earn the nationally recognized professional designation “Graduate Real Estate Institute” (GRI). I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR), Realtors Land Institute (RLI),Haywood County Board of Realtors and Northern Jackson Board of Realtors, where I served as board Secretary for 2 years. My 2010 sales qualified me to be nominated for the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams-Waynesville. The ALC manages and maintains the budget and education for the broker agents in order to help them succeed! It is an honor to be nominated! I obtained the NJBOR 2011 #1 Sales Agent!

I am an active member of St. Augustine's Anglican Church in Bryson City and serve on the vestry. I live in the Nantahala community with my husband of 22 years and our 6 dogs, 4 cats, 2 horses and any other critter that comes along!
