SYNTHEL FORD

Synthel is originally from Hampton, Va. she has an energetic and driven personality. Determination has taken her very far. Synthel married her highschool sweetheart and they support each other in their respective endeavors to make for a strong relationship. Together they raised two of her younger siblings who went on to college and making careers for themselves as well as raising four children of their own. Synthel obtained her cosmetologist license in 1992 establishing a career for herself and her husband began a military career which landed them to Fayetteville, NC. They are currently the owners of a well known beauty, barber, and nail studio since 2003. Synthel operates the business while husband operates as a contractor on Fort Bragg as well as a football player on a local Indoor Arena League Team, Fayetteville Guard.

Having mastered her trade and being a business owner Synthel searched for further challenges that would allow her to continue serving the public. In 2006 she obtained her N.C. Real Estate License. There's nothing she enjoys more than assisting people in realizing their dreams of homeownership and investing in properties for building their financial portfolios.

As a seller's agent, Synthel services include assisting the seller with effective pricing of their home, maximum exposure of their home, and taking any steps possible to eliminate overwhelming stress that any seller would come upon.

As a buyer's agent, Synthel services include helping the buyer find the right home for their family, assist them in rearranging the financing needed and handling of transactions to ensure a smooth closing, and also be the negotiator to bring satisfying results.
