While serving in the US Coast Guard, I developed an interest in Real Estate. Before retiring in 2000, I had already bought and sold seven properties. I realized that by renting, I was only paying the mortgage payments for those who owned the properties. Why shouldn't I be the owner and let someone else pay me? I saw many people during my military career waste many, many dollars by renting places they knew they would live in for only three to four years.
By researching books and the internet, I realized how much money I could save by owning instead of renting. This concept became my passion to the point that I wanted to share this new found information with all my Coast Guard friends so they could share in the savings.
Now, as a licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors, I try to seek out “future home owners”, investors and sellers who are seeking the best of the best. I serve my clients as if their homes, dreams and futures were my own. I believe that what tomorrow holds for us is a direct result of what we do today. So, I try to plan every day to create a brighter tomorrow.
