Trusting your Real Estate Agent can lead to a much more pleasant experince than feeling that more is going on that you (the buyer or seller) are unaware of.

Many, many people are very leary of Real Estate Agents. You heard a story, you had a bad experience once. The list goes on. Sit down with your Agent and get to know each other. If you can establish a bond then you are half way to a good experience and not an experience that leaves you less than satisfied.
