Chuck Mapson

Charlrean "Chuck" Mapson is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. She moved to Wilmington in 1991 and has been an active member of the community since her arrival. She has served the community in various capacities including the local Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and the Wilmington City Planning Commission. She has served the real estate community as a member of the local Board of Directors (Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS®) and state Board of Directors (North Carolina Association of REALTORS®). She has worked for the Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS® as Director of Member Services in the past, and is currently teaching Continuing Education courses for the state of North Carolina while listing and selling real estate. Chuck is married with a three year old son who is the joy of her life.

Chuck has been in Real Estate since 1997. She was named Salesman of the Year in 2003 by the Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS®. She is well-equipped to handle any of your real estate needs.
