I am a Wilmington North Carolina resident and Licensed Real Estate Broker. I live in the Downtown community and my office is right on the Cape Fear River which runs through the downtown business and historic home districts. I have been helping people relocate to Wilmington for many years. I began working in Real Estate after a very successful career in business management where I was president of 5 different manufacturing companies. Most often I was recruited by these companies when they were having financial difficulties and my mission was to improve the overall performance including increased sales and lower operating costs. This experience has served me well in Real Estate in helping clients get the absolute best value for their purchase dollar.

I am on the Board of Directors of The Downtown Business Alliance of Greater Wilmington and also an officer with Cape Fear River Watch (a non-profit organization involved in protecting one of Wilmington's most valuable resources - The Cape Fear River)
