Chris Zigan

Hi, I’m Chris Zigan owner of Flat Fee Realty Services Inc. and Help-U-Sell Partners Real Estate. My back ground was originally construction, and then I got into buying, rehabbing and selling property and then into building my own housing addition. Over the years I decided to get my real estate license and started buying investment property. After working with two of the largest brokers in the area I quickly realized their had to be a better way. That’s when I bought the Help-U-Sell franchise; it’s just a better way of doing business and just made since. Shortly after opening the real estate company, I found myself working with a lot of investors that were frustrated with their current property management companies. I took their comments and advice and started Flat Fee Realty Service Inc. a full service property management company that can not only taylor a product and service to fit your needs, but with the Real Estate company help you buy, sell, and invest more wisely. About me, I have a bachelors in business, and have been investing in real estate for the past 14 years. I got my real estate license in 2001, worked with two of the largest real estate brokerages in Ohio. Built my own housing addition in 2003, bought a Help-U-Sell franchise in 2005 and started Flat Fee Realty Services Inc. a property management company in 2006. As a real estate agent I currently produce more than $10 million in annual sales and manage hundreds of rental properties in the Columbus Ohio area. For fun I enjoy the Ohio State Football games, Blue Jacket hockey games, and even the Bengals. I spend what little free time I have riding my motorcycle, boating and traveling. My greatest joy is putting that impossible deal together and the challenge of turning around a bad investment property.
