I LIKE my job as a Realtor. I try to listen to what my clients are telling me and I try real hard NOT to force MY choices on to them. I've been a Realtor for over 20 years, and I'm proud of it. I still get excited when someone buys something they really want or sells something they need to sell. Most importantly, I think its vital that I educate my clients BEFORE the transaction...because I don't think buyers and sellers deserve any surprises. Buying and selling real estate has become more complicated through the years and its important to have an agent who's knowledgable about market values, loan requirements, amenities and local zoning and use requirements, to name just a few of the things that are part of today's real estate transactions.
