After spending 19+ years in the car industry, I now have a great career over the last six years and counting in real estate as a full-time realtor. My background in this industry include working with buyers on private and bank owned properties, estate sales, short sales and HUD properties. My client base includes both buyers looking into owner occupancy and as an investor myself, I also represent clients looking to purchase homes for investment/rental purposes. If you`re a first-time buyer, I have background in assisting in loan qualification and tax credit concerns. From the listing side I`ve represented sellers in all areas of Cleveland in all price ranges and have listed privately owned, estate and short sale homes in the past.
