FOR SELLERS: My mission as your agent

To assist you in determining the right price and time to market your home to maximize your profit. To do most of the work for you, and make sure all forms are completed in a timely manner, I will coordinate all inspections so you can go on with your normal life and leave the details to me! I am committed to your goals. My promise to you is to tell you the truth about what your property can sell for, never inflate the price to get the listing. The way I see it my goal is to price your property competitively to sell it, not to sit on the market. In a nutshell, the best price the market will allow in the shortest amount of time possible. It's my goal, my promise to you.

I have a background in Marketing, in fact it's how I became a Realtor! I went to school for Sales and Marketing years ago, then later in life worked in print advertising as a Marketing Consultant for many businesses but mostly Real Estate offices. My love of advertising lead me to my current career in Real Estate, where I plan to finish out my working years.
