I am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) delivering ethical and professional services specializing in assisting buyers with one of the most important decisions they will make in a home investment.
Schedule the earliest you can for the best possible opportunity.
To give a buyer, an edge, the first step in Real Estate is becoming prepared financially, knowing what price range is
feasible for you and your lifestyle. To do that, I suggest to buyers to bring a pre-qualification letter from a Lender before appointments are schedule to see homes.
Call a PA mortgage company and ask that you become pre-qualified to view homes. When buying a home in Pennsylvania using a Pennsylvania Lender is an added benefit for you as a buyer. Why? They understand PA Real Estate, our Time is of the Essence contracts and work efficiently based on those contracts. What if you don't intend to use a mortgage?
Cash purchasers should bring a financial statement of funds. This is a personal pre-qualification.
Remember for a seller to consider your offer bring a check to place a deposit on the home.
A few great Certified PA Lenders:
Gary Chapman with Allied Home Mortgage o: 800-445-2248
Sean Eagan with MetLife 800-258-8518
Al Meixell with Bank of America 800-675-5638 ext 222
