I have achieved the SRES designation which means I am a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. I enjoy helping seniors in their next phase of life.

I have my Certified Default Resolution Specialist (CDRS) designation. My knowledge is vital to people who are "upside down" on their property. This means you owe more than what your home is worth. Even if people have received a foreclosure notice, it is not to late to contact me. I will facilitate a short sale, where the lender will take less than what they are owed, and keep you from enduring a foreclosure on your credit.

Also, I bring to real estate a Certificate in Management as well as over ten years in civil engineering providing management, accounting, purchasing, training and human resources skills.
