As a full time real estate professional, I specialize in selling properties and guiding people to a happy and safe investment. I make sure that sales contracts comply with your instructions and best interests. I will also serve as your guide through the maze of appraisals, documents, marketing, loan requirements, inspections, disclosures and finally to the successful close of escrow. I am licensed in Pennsylvania and a member of the Surburban West Association of Realtors, as well as the Pennsylvania and National Association of Realtors. I am also a member of TREND Multiple Listing Service. I have also earned the Acredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and e-PRO designations.
