Doug Dodds

Doug comes to Achieve after an exemplary 31-year-career in customer service with United Parcel Service (UPS). Doug attributes his successful career with UPS to hard work, perseverance, patience, problem solving skills and good communication. Add to these attributes the desire to help families reach their dreams, and you have a great model for a successful realtor.

Doug’s career in real estate began in 2007 with Re/Max before moving to Achieve. It was a natural extension of his interest in the housing market and his passion to help people. Doug prides himself in “helping people make the right decision for their unique situation.” These same values and ideals motivated him to help his own children to secure their dreams of home ownership.

Doug earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Duquesne University. His deeply rooted history in Butler County has given him a strong understanding and knowledge of the community, its people, and its possibilities. Doug’s expertise will enable him to serve a variety of client needs in all aspects of real estate throughout the county and Western Pennsylvania.

For fun and relaxation, Doug enjoys boating. He is an accomplished seaman, having earned his U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s license after years of cruising Lake Erie. He also enjoys golfing, home improvement projects and spending time with his family. Doug and his wife have four adult children and ten grandchildren.
