Alfonso Vázquez was born and lives in beautiful Puerto Rico, USA. He received a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus 1975. Presently, he is an early-retired civil engineer living with his wife Carmen (Real Estate Seller) and daughter Krizia. He also has two sons Alfonso J. and Alfonso L.
For over 25 years, he worked as a Soils and Construction Material Testing Consultant Engineer in Puerto Rico and USA Virgin Islands. For the last 15 years, he has been investing in real estate and managing his properties. These tasks allow him to realize of the necessity and advantage the services that hard working and honest Real Estate Agents provide to the public and investors in search for their properties. For these reasons, he obtained a license as a Real Estate Broker allowing him with the help of his wife and other real estate colleges assist both, investors and the public in buying or selling their real estate. Constantly he attends seminars and courses related to the real estate industry and try to keep well informed on the trends of the Real Estate in Puerto Rico.
Alfonso and his team believe that the best way to serve his clients is to provide them with the most data that they need to make well-informed choices when they sell, buy or rent property.
By combining his professional background in engineering, in real estate investing, knowledge from mortgage broker courses and as a real estate broker, his market familiarity, (Palmas del Mar, Humacao, Fajardo, Ceiba & Isla Verde areas where he previously lived), he can serve both, the buyers and the sellers in achieving their real estate transactions through honest coaching and guidance.
His objective as a real estate broker is primarily maintaining a listing of well-kept properties, with a high useful life (relatively recent construction) and in select neighborhoods where properties probably maintain or increase their values.
