Elder Lopez Leiva was born in Bethel, Gualan, Zacapa, Guatemala. Immigrated to the United State in 1985 to continue his education after graduating from Liseo La Salle in Chiquimula.

Elder Lopez has an extensive background in real estate spanning more than 15 years, including experience in related industries such as Real Estate Investor. He is a full-time independent broker at Palmas del Mar, in Humacao Puerto Rico and is recognized as a top producer, topping over one hundred thirty millions dollars in sales.

Elder Lopez began in the business in 1992 when obtained his real estate broker's license in Illinois and opened up his own real estate business and quickly became a member of the Multi Million Dollar Sales Producer Club at the Chicago Association of Realtor. Elder Lopez is also a successful real estate investor. His experience and knowledge in the real estate market make him a valuable asset to anyone wanting to develop their investment property portfolio.

Moving to Palmas del Mar, Puerto Rico in late 2004, he got his real estate broker's license and began working for Palmas del Mar Real Estate, one of the top luxury real estate office in Puerto Rico where he became top producer with luxury properties until November 2008. By chance he had developed this website applying all his experience and skills with computers and real estate for the benefit of the home sellers.

Elder Lopez has an MBA in Business Administration Management From Lewis University in Romeoville Illinois, Certified Public Account, Certified Bilingual Teacher in Illinois, Many courses in Computer programing and more than 1000 hours of real estate education.
