Jim Rimmel

My name is Jim Rimmel, and like many others on this beautiful Island, I relocated here from Ohio. I have been guiding professionals just like you in real estate transactions for more than a decade now. My background includes 34 years of practicing law. I specialized in Labor Arbitration, Real Estate, Business Structure and Estate Planning. Contracts and negotiations are my forte, and you'll find my legal expertise invaluable when pondering the many questions involved with purchasing an investment property, a second home or entering into a partnership. I have also served as a council member and Civil Service Commissioner for the Canfield, OH City Council, and have taught as an adjunct assistant professor at both Kent State University and the University of Pittsburgh.
