I manage, list and sell properties in the Greater Charleston area, downtown, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, James and Johns Island and as far away as Moncks Corner. + I work with property owners and builders to lease, sell and list their homes and take care for income properties and tenant needs.

I started this business by accident when I bought an investment property downtown and enjoyed working with prospects and tenants who desired to make Charleston their new home town. Since then, the business has grown and I still enjoy the interaction with customers and clients to find the perfect home in our beautiful Low Country.

I have residential homes, condos, apartments, for rent and can show you any property listed on the market. This means, you, the client, does not have to make multiple appointments with multiole agents. Just one call to me is fine and Ii can make all arragements for you. My portfolio includes long and short term rentals. We offer also furnished and unfurnished homes for short or long term leasing.

Of course, we offer all services such as property clean up, repairs, general maintenance, house sitting, cleaning service and any service necessary to assure that the property is and stays in good condition.
