“My wife and I relocated to Clarksville Tennessee from Southern California in 2005. Like so many other people we relocated to Clarksville due to the Army. Our daughter married an enlisted man in the Army who was stationed at Fort Campbell. For about twenty years our daughter was separated from us. We decided to relocate after she told us that she was pregnant with our grandson and her husband was being sent to Iraq.” “Real Estate in Montgomery County, Tennessee and Christian County, Kentucky is very different from Real Estate in Southern California.” The first thing I noticed is the price for homes is so much more affordable that in Southern California.” “That was one of the main reasons I decided to become a Realtor. The other reason was the flexibility Real Estate Agents have!” “Of course, being outgoing and friendly helps with Real Estate and genuinely wanting to help people find their dream home in so fulfilling.”
“My wife and I joined a wonderful church, Grace Church or the Nazarene and I also joined the Marine Corps League in Clarksville.” “We bought a beautiful home not too far from our daughters home and are proud to say that Clarksville is our home.”
“My life today is quite different than what it was pre-2005. But overall, I am enjoying my life more! I enjoy working with people. I thank God for leading us to Tennessee.“
I have been a Realtor in Tennessee since 2005. I worked two years at Keller Williams Realty working on a team as Their Lead Buyers Specialist. In the last two years I have been able to sell over 30 homes per year. I now work with Avalar Real Estate Clarksville Tennessee as a Realtor, working with both buyers and sellers. In 2006, I successfully completed the ABR, Accredited Buyers Reprentative, training course. I am licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky.
