Nancy Martin

Before moving to the area and becoming a REALTOR® in 1996, Nancy was a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in California and Texas. She is still there to take care of and serve her clients .....just in a different way now!

Nancy has always been active in her profession, working full-time, educating herself to stay up to date on all real estate practices and trends, and being active in the real estate community. She has served on many local and state committees and served as President of the Northeast TN Association of REALTORS in 2007.

In her free time Nancy loves to travel, listen to music, shop at the local farmer's markets, visit with family and friends, and engage in great conversation. She has a son, Alex, two dogs and a cat.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how Nancy works.

That said, in Nancy's experience as a Johnson City real estate professional, she also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting her® clients first. This means keeping herself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been Nancy's approach and it requires her to continually improve her skills and ways of doing business. In addition, Nancy has found that the latest technologies are enabling her to do everything she has always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped Nancy to extend the range of services she provides to her clients.
