Gina Smith

I have been a resident of Murfreesboro for over 30 years. I made the move to Middle Tennessee to attend Middle Tennessee State University. I have worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years. I am active with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and enjoy spending time with friends, family and pets. I enjoy riding motorcyles, showing my Great Dane and an occassional fishing trip with my husband.

I began my career in the real estate industry in the area of commercial property management working first with a local company in the Nashville market and later expanding to a Regional Property Manager with a national company. I diversified into residential real estate about 5 years ago in order to spend more time at home. I have experience in land sales, home buying and selling and more. I also still remain active with commercial clients either in leasing or investing.
