Pledge to Clients: Sellers and Buyers, Landlords and Tenants, and Retailers and Investors all have specific needs and goals. I like to think of myself as a problem-solver for my client rather than a salesperson. My expertise is to assess your needs, and then with the right tools, skills, and sensitivity to you as my client provide you with the most sensible and viable solution. My Customer Service is the old school philosophy of "Giving You More than You Expected!"

Professional Experience: "Underneath all is land." My whole life has been built around real estate. I bought 160 acres when I was 19 years old. This has been the influencing factor in my becoming licensed 28 years ago as a licensed real estate agent; 7 years in New Mexico, and the last 21 years in Texas. I have a diverse background in investment, multi-unit, shopping center, office and industrial properties. However, there is no greater investment for most than their housing needs. I always try to look at your objectives and present requirements to see if this is the right choice not just for your immediate needs, but also your most advantageous position for the future.

Education: I completed my undergraduate studies at ACU. In 2005, I earned a Master of Science degree at ACU. I also have a Graduate Certificate of Conflict Resolution and am listed on the ACU Conflict Resolution website.

Outside Interests: My outside interest is people and investing. Life is meaningful when you can help people make their dreams come true. This is best done when you are healthly and secure. You must first have your personal business and life in balance before you can help and lead others, from your family, friends, and clientele.

Personal Information: My wife is Betty who is always supportive and encouraging on my "next new venture." She is the first to step up to whatever amount of work that may entail. Between the both of us we have 6 sons and one daughter. The grandchildren are starting to really add up. What I have taken to heart the last five years is "We are all life-time learners." Life is all about our faith and our hope. Maybe I should underline and captalize those two words (Faith, Hope).
