better meets my clients’ needs.Having being a successful investor myself and transacted many properties in residential, commercial and lands, both locally, nationwide and also internationally have equipped me for greater heights and challenges.

I am blessed with the ability to converse in many languages, namely English, Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese, Hakka and Bahasa Malaysia. My husband (John) runs a property management company. My only daughter (Ying Ying) is currently a senior in Red McCombe School of business at the University of Texas at Austin.

I am a licensed Broker in Texas and I hold a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Master Degree in Business Administration. Real estate investment has been my hobby and I have been an active investor myself for more than twenty years. Having worked as an Accountant, Manager, Director of training and an Entrepreneur had made me a better Real Estate Broker.
