Teresa Forbes

I was born and raised here in El Paso and entered the real estate profession over 30 years ago. I became a real estate broker one year after entering the profession and have been a continuous member of the Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS since my start in the industry. I have raised four children here, including one who is my office manager and a fellow REALTOR. I have deep roots here in El Paso growing up in the central part of the city and graduating from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) with a degree in General Business. I have enjoyed being involved in our industry, working with clients in finding that perfect home, helping fellow REALTORS succeed and seeing our community transform itself into a large and multi-dimensional city. I look forward in continuing to serve clients and fellow members in our industry and our association.

I have been actively involved in our industry locally and the Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS (GEPAR) by serving as the 1995 President of the Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS, the 1995 REALTOR Of The Year, the 1992 President of the Women's Council of REALTORS (WCR), the 1988 President of the Council of Independent Brokers (and Agents, now referred to as CIBA) and the 1996 President of the International Marketing Division. I hold the following industry designations, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and the Graduate REALTORS Institute (GRI). I have also served on many of the GEPAR committees including Budget & Finance and Grievance. I am a graduate of UTEP with a BBA in General Business, bi-lingual and born and raised here in El Paso. I have worked in our industry for over 30 years focusing in residential and commercial real estate sales and property management.
