Bob and Sandie McWherter

Bob is the company broker with 34 years experience. He went directly into general real estate brokerage upon completion of college. He earned his Texas Broker's license and became one of the youngest brokers in 1974. During his real estate career he has been awarded numerous honors. In 1977 he was a MCSAM Salesman of the Year finalist. He has been a consistent top producer for many new home builders as well as holding Executive Management positions. He also has years of experience in the mortgage broker industry.
Sandie earned her Texas real estate license in 1977. Along with numerous years of real estate experience she brings knowledge of designing and staging. Multiple years of working with architects and designers of custom home builders have proved helpful for clients with the sales and marketing of their homes. She also has 17 years experience working in sales and marketing for national builders and earning top producer's awards.
Team McWherter brings a combined 58 years of real estate experience and mortgage information to their clients. Not only do they operate under the Code of Ethics as Realtors®, they also place a high value on their reputation and Christian beliefs. The company's goal is to help clients through the legalities and emotions of buying and selling their homes.
