Back in 1992 my husband and I decided to go across the country to see where we wanted to settle for the rest of our lives! At that time we didn't have any place in mind; but knew we wanted to get away from the California pace, and settle where it was peaceful and a slower life style. We didn't plan a date to return until we had decided where we wanted to relocate, and "BOUGHT A HOUSE". Well, 2 weeks into our trip we pulled into New Braunfels. (I really believe it was raining cats and dogs) Such a peaceful feeling ran over me (yes, even with the rain, thunder, and lightening). We went to a real estate office, met with an agent who showed us houses and the area, bought the 3rd house we saw, went back to California, packed, and the rest is history. Oh by the way, my career started out in that real estate office!

I have had 16 years experience in New Braunfels and the surrounding areas as a Real Estate Agent, and Company Manager over 5 offices. January 2007 I received my Broker's license and opened my own office in New Braunfels, then in December of 2008 I opened an additional office in Gruene, Tx. Since that time I have seen the need to help Buyer's and Seller's during this time, so I changed my direction in Real Estate. I am back with Mickey Ferrell Realtors as a full time Broker Associate helping First Time Buyer's, Seller who are seeing the need to have additional help with their mortages and perhaps downsize, and Buyer's needing a new home.
