Bob Bruce

After retiring from a 17-year Professional Baseball Career, Bob Bruce entered the real estate business. He began as a divisional manager with Thompson Brown Company, a Michigan new home builder where, within the first year and in difficult economic conditions, took the company from a $200,000 annual loss to a $1,000,000 profit. Bob went on to build his own land development and construction company, taking it to a $35 million-dollar firm within 18 months. That gave birth to a subsidiary marketing company which earned the reputation as the premier sales and new home marketing company in Michigan.

Bob moved his family to San Antonio, Texas, where his marketing experience helped catapult him into the number one position in company sales for Nash Phillips Copus. His transition from new home sales to residential real estate sales with REMAX was a natural and most profitable one as he became one of the leading REMAX realtors in San Antonio.

Bob has since moved to the Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex, where he opened his own brokerage, Bob Bruce Real Estate.
