Patti Cass Strain is a Realtor/Broker in Portland, Texas with Cass Real Estate. Patti has earned her Bachelors Degree of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Her Affiliations include: Texas Association of Realtors Board of Director, a Member of the San Patricio County Association of Realtors, a Board Member of the Portland Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Portland Rotary Club. Her past affiliations include: Vice President of the San Patricio County Habitat for Humanity, Leadership Portland Class 1, Portland Parks and Recreation Board, President of the Portland Junior Chamber of Commerce and President of the San Patricio County Association of Realtors. Patti is married to Nicolas Strain and they have three great children, Katherine, Donovan and Charlotte.

Patti Cass Strain obtained her Texas Real Estate License in August of 1990 at the age of 18. Prior to obtaining her Real Estate license, Patti worked in the family business, Cass Real Estate, since she can remember. As a teenager, Patti would come down in the Summers and answer phones, take messages, type reports, take out the trash, clean windows, dust & sweep. After obtaining her Texas Real Estate License, that Fall Patti attended Del Mar College and worked at Cass Real Estate and Terrence F. Wood & Company Appraisal Company. Patti moved on to earning her degree and Brokers License decided to concentrate on Real Estate as a career, joining the National Association of Realtors, Texas Assoication of Realtors and the San Patricio County Association of Realtors. Cass Real Estate has been in Portland since 1938 and Patti takes great pride in being a third generation member of the Cass Real Estate Organization.
