Wayne is the "Highway 190 Man," and serves communities in Central Texas from Lampasas to Milano and points in bteween. He has offices in Temple and Killeen, Texas. he belongs to several multii-listing services, incluing the Fort Hood Area and Temple-Belton area. Wayne is not just a residential listing agent. He has handled many commercial properties, including mobile home parks, commercial land, duplexes, fourplexes and apartment units. He is a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist, able to help buyers find affordable homes and assist with tax credits and down payments. He can also help sellers prevent losing their homes to foreclosures.

Wayne McCoy has completed all courses for the Graduate Realtpr Institute and the Texas Affordable Housing Sepciaist porgram. He has a degree in journalism for Texas State Univesity and has more than 36 hours in business adminstration classes as well. He is a former Veteran Employmen Reprsentatie for the Texas Workfoce Commission, which gives him b rod knowledge on veterans benefits and the local ecoomy.
