Jim & Joyce Owens

Jim and Joyce have lived in Waxahachie since 1992. Jim was born and raised in Waxahachie and Joyce is originally from Mississippi. They both enjoy living in Waxahachie and working in the Ellis County and North Texas area. They are very active in the communities that they serve. Both Jim and Joyce are active in the Ellis Hill Association of REALTORS®. Joyce chairs the MLS Committee and is the NTREIS Director for the Association. Jim serves on the Association's Education Committee, Finance Committee, Board of Directors and is the President-Elect/Treasurer for the Association for 2011. Jim was honored by being named 2010 REALTOR® of the year for the Ellis Hill Association of REALTORS®.
