I'm a native of the Pacific Northwest...a little bad weather never deters me. Its the same with my real estate business and clients. No matter what the market climate, I'm fighting as hard as possible for my client, and their best interest! I'm in this business to make sure you get the best deal and representation possible when buying or selling real estate in Utah!

I've recently moved to Equity Real Estate from one of the larger brokerages in Utah, where for three years running, I ranked in the top percentage of all their sales agents. I love that Equity allows me to give individual and customized attention to my clients...many other brokerages constrain their sales agents... Not Equity. I have the freedom to make your selling or buying experience the smoothest possible!

A few of my interests; Avid skier, flyfisherman, and general outdoor enthusiast. Not many people know that I was a commercial crab, halibut, and salmon fisherman in Alaska for 25 years (40-hour workdays...A cakewalk!) Graduated from Washington State University with a degree in communications and an empahsis on public relations. Grew up on Whidbey Island, Washington between Seattle and Vancouver, British Columbia.

-Managing Member of KE Capital Services, a private loan servicing company. Duties involve document work, market analysis of commercial, land (raw and entitled) and residential properties, market analysis of all aspects of distressed and "short-sale" properties, borrower and lender communications, and marketing. Investors using KE Capital Services averaged over 29-percent return on investment from 2004-2007.
