Philip Gerbode was born in Yorkshire, England and raised in San Francisco. He came to Vermont in 1967 to attend Middlebury College and later graduating from Tufts University. After settling in the St. Albans area he became a broker with the company and went on to become co-owner of Coldwell Banker Choice Properties in 1992. Philip has served as President of the Franklin County Board of Realtors and he has been a long-time member of the St. Alban’s Rotary Club. He specializes in Residential and Commercial properties of all types, and is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, and a Green Designee
