Growing up my parents always owned their own businesses. My dad built homes, and my mom was a real estate agent. I was always told that I had to go to college, so naturally when my dad asked me to go into business with him I told him no way! Halfway into my second year I decided that I wanted to go into real estate! I ended up graduating a year early, and jumped right into a downward real estate market.

It was a challenge for me because I had no family in Boise, and none of my friends were at a point of buying a home yet. So I turned to the internet. Within a short amount of time I went from no listings to 13 listings. After working in a smaller brokerage I moved to a company that could offer me more learning tools. Soon after I began teaching classes on internet marketing.

I was working with multiple investors out of California and making offers on properties a few times a week. My internet marketing continued to succeed and I decided to form a team.

Some people believe everything happens for a reason. I happen to be one of those people. A vacation to the Caribbean and a huge opportunity to work with some of the top Agents in the Virgin Islands has allowed me to continually create new tools and grow in my real estate experience.

I can't promise 30 years in the business. I also can't tell you that I was born and raised in the Caribbean. What I can provide you with is an insight into moving from the states. I can provide you with some of the best tools available when it comes to buying or selling property in the Virgin Islands. And I will continue to make sure you have all the information you need to make a decision.

I love real estate. Therefore I continue to learn and grow in my business. Currently I hold an E-Pro Designation, however I strongly believe to this day that the class I created on how to use the internet in today's business had far more information than this designation.

Many of the agents in the Virgin Islands have little to no experience representing buyers due to the local laws. Our company is taking a new route in buyer representation and I do have experience in buyer representation.

At the end of the day, this is a business. I work very hard to make sure things get done promptly and ethically.
