Joe and I are Virginia natives and have lived in the Goochland Co VA/Fluvanna Co VA area for the past 21 years. I am originally from Frederick Co/Winchester VA area and feel that Virginia is a wonderful state and the mountains are beautiful here. I am retired from the University of Virginia Health System after 35 years of service. We live in Western Goochland County in a subdivision with our 20 pound, 14 year old dog and love the quietness of the neighborhood but the closeness of the neighbors.
I feel that I have helped people all my life deal with stressful situations and buying or selling a house is definitely a stressful situation. I want to help buyers and sellers get through this time with the least amount of worry.
Joe is from the Richmond VA and is a Licensed General Contractor. He has worked in this field for the past 39 years. He started by framing and siding houses. He then moved to interior trim and has been working by building additions, garages, sheds, and barns for people in the Fluvanna County area.
