Born and raised in Virginia, Julie settled in the Fredericksburg area in 2003 after her husband retired from the military. A graduate of Virginia Tech, Julie took time off from working to start a family and accompany her husband to three duty stations: Washington, PA (south of Pittsburgh), Ft. Greely, AK (the end of the Alaska-Canada Highway), and Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD (at the top of the Chesapeake Bay). Now back in Virginia for good, Julie's interest in the Fredericksburg area real estate market motivated her to get her real estate license and make a career out of something she found so intriguing.
"I remember my first experience buying a home, and it was difficult and confusing. It took forever to find the right house, on the right lot, in the right neighborhood, with the right schools AND for a price I could afford. My goal is to help each and every one of my clients find the same thing, and to take the stress out of the home-buying process."
Now a resident of eastern Chesterfield County, I recently joined Napier Realtors ERA. With offices in Colonial Heights and the metro Richmond area, I am proud to be associated with an office that works hard to service our military members and their families. With her military background, Julie is looking forward to helping other military families find a house that will become their home!
In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering for the schools and tackling home improvement projects.
