I am someone who likes to keep their finger on the pulse of the local market. I have a passion for Real Estate and am organized and driven. I also like to experiment with the latest tech-tools available to assist with your needs. Keep in mind that the process may be stressful, although we can have some fun along the way too.

I dedicate my full-time efforts to helping only one or two clients at a time -- so that I can devote all my energies to them. I like my clients to know they are my top priority. But first and foremost, I am dedicated to my family.

* I've worked with Investors: both with rental property acquisition and also helping find and turn rehab properties.

* I've worked with First-Time Buyers, Move-up Buyers and also a few Down-sizing.

* I've marketed and (successfully) sold from $200,000 condos up to $900,000+ homes.

* I use all the tech-tools at my disposal to help with my clients' purchases and sales. And I call on several specialists in their field to help when needed (Lenders, Inspectors, Contractors...)
