Patrick Carosi

Patrick Carosi, a long time Northern Virginia resident, has been serving the Metropolitan DC area for over 10 years. His career has experienced many aspects of the real estate market, and most recently developed an expertise in distressed properties. He is often asked to publicly speak about the distressed properties with other industry professionals, and can answer and explain any questions you may have about short sales, bank-owned properties, or foreclosures.

He is the team leader of Carosi and Associates and works with four other agents that specialize in different areas of the market and the different needs of buyers and sellers. Patrick is licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
