Dave Macklin has been in the Real Estate business since 1983, helping clients find their dream home. Dave is the Team Leader, working primarily to assist our Sellers and Landlords. Dave's knowledge of the market conditions and negotiating skills assure Sellers top dollar for their property with the minimum of disruption in their lives. Dave firmly believes that there is no substitute for education and continues to attend classes and seminars whenever possible. One of Daves greatest strengths is Active Listening, listening for both the spoken and unspoken meanings in statements and actions. This allows him to do a superior job of negotiating in his clients’ best interest.
