I first moved to Virginia Beach in 1968. I have worked in the housing industry here in Hampton Roads since 1980; first as a carpenter building new single and multi-family homes, then as a home renovation and repair specialist in the ‘90’s. I have been buying and selling real estate as an investor since 1998. I first held my real estate license from 1987-1989 and more recently since early 2003. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Hampton Roads real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first.
