Diane Webster Broker/Owner of America-at-Home Real Estate is a self professed serial entrepreneur, specializing in real estate and mortgage banking. Over the last 25+ years Diane has built companies and worked with clients on both sides of the Atlantic and has seen the industry change constantly. But never before has the change in the way buyers and sellers want to do business have influenced the industry as much as it does today. Diane is a person who moves fast and sees opportunities clearly when they present themselves. Her motto and philiosophy has always been superb customer service, for without it a business cannot survive. She has developed one of the first Flat Fee and Full Service models, offering less expensive a' la carte real estate services for both buyers and sellers. After 11 years building America-at-Home, Diane has offices in both Washington and Oregon and a network of top real estate professionals across the country for referral purposes. Terry Diezt is our designated broker in the State of Oregon.

As a Managing Real Estate Broker and Owner I have studied my industry diligently for over 25 years and still today find real estate the most rewarding and interesting business of any kind. I work closely with Terry Dietz who is our Designated Broker for Oregon. We love helping Sellers get the most out of listing their homes with us, whether it's on a Flat Fee Limited service basis or the Full Service programs we offer. Helping buyers find and close on the home of their dreams is still my one # 1 delight. I love the feeling a new home makes one feel and really enjoy helping my clilents get the best price on their purchase while respecting the seller's position. My education in the industry is extensive and I continue to upgrade my credentials in areas that interest me. Most recently I have become certified as a Fractional Luxury Home Developer and Consultant. Fractional real estate is sharing the deed of a vacation property any where in the world with like minded co-owners and saving the tremendous cost of purchase and maintenance of the whole property. Not Time Share but actually owning a single family home or condo. Additionally, I am certified as a Senior Real Estate Specialist and help the Baby Boomer community downsize and buy their retirement homes. However, the best education I receive comes from working transactions for my clients. I always learn something new I can bring to the next deal.
