Doug Holman

I am originally from Portland Oregon, but lay claim to legitimate local roots as a Husky, and University of Washington Alumnus. I graduated from the school of Business in 1988, followed by work in commercial real estate and then as an early graduate of Washington Mutual's PACE Management training program. I left banking and infamous banks behind for Real Property Associates in 1991 and have never looked back.

If I've learned anything in the past 20 years, it's that integrity matters. In the end, most home buyers and sellers want just a few simple things. a) Listen to me and hear what I am saying. b) Give me objective advice. c) Instill me with confidence that you are steadfastly pursuing my best interests.

On the homefront:

When I'm not showing, sprucing, or evaluating one of the quality properties our region has to offer, I can typically be found on the baseball diamond or basketball court coaching one of my three kids. If not kicking, throwing or hitting something, we Holman’s are usually enjoying summer days at the Sheridan Beach club or looking for grub at the LFP Towne Centre.

As a family we have been active volunteers with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation since 2006, and pitch in whenever we can at our children's much beloved Brookside Elementary (yes mostly my wife, Rena!).
