The "group" approach to the Real Estate business that Bill Richard Group employs takes customer service to a completely different level. There are many facets to the Real Estate industry; working with buyers, working with sellers, marketing properties and marketing yourself, managing transactions (as they occur) from start to closing, hiring new talent, and managing the team so that everyone can perform at their highest level. Think of each of them as different job descriptions, because they truly are. By creating a group, Bill is able to specialize and work to perfect their own job descriptions. And his carefully recruited and talented team handles the remaining tasks. The group includes Buyer Consultants and a Director of Client Services who all work hard to make every home sale a positive one for our clients.
With a 6 year background in construction and another 5 years in sales, Bill Richard entered the Real Estate industry more than 20 years ago (1985). He spent the first 18 of those years with a traditional company, albeit a good one, but one with a corporate mentality. His vision was to create a group of specialists that would provide exceptional and efficient service, secondary to none.
Bill made the decision to move his operation to Keller Williams, where he was encouraged to redesign his business to best suit his clients and their philosophy. He felt like his career was finally going in the direction of his choosing and he soon became re-energized about the possibilities. One of the most exciting features of his business model is a concept called Staging©, which refers to how a home is setup or stylized prior to a sale. Bill had been employing the concept for about 5 years and consulting home owners with great success, but he knew he could expand this highly valuable service to include vacant home situations, by bringing in furnishings and accessories. The results have been nothing short of phenomenal.
