Pat Duer

We are Doug & Pat Duer. We live in Morgan County, West Virginia and have a combined 39+ years of Real Estate experience. Additionally, Pat is a licensed General Contractor in West Virginia. Although we live in Morgan County, our office is in Berkeley County, in the Martinsburg area. Pat has her GRI designation and Doug has the e Pro designation. We serve a wide area in the eastern part of the state. The counties we serve are as follows, Jefferson, Berkeley, Morgan, Hampshire, and Hardy. We realize that all we have to offer a client is service and we believe the service we provide is excellent in every way.

Pat has been a licensed Realtor since 1976, initially being licensed in Virginia. Pat has also been licensed in Maryland. She has taken and passed the West Virginia General Contractor's exam and has her General Contractor license. Pat also has extensive knowledge of modular home construction and mobile home construction. Doug has been a licensed Realtor since 2002. Doug also has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Baltimore (Public Administration). He has also been a Locomotive Engineer for a major railroad for 9 years, a Radiation Protection Technician in a nuclear power plant for 7 years and also worked for an auto manufacturer for 11 years.
