Point2's listing brochures are an ideal way to increase your listing's exposure. Once your listings are added to your site, Point2 becomes a powerful web publishing and marketing tool. Members are able to effortlessly publish electronic brochures, printable brochures in .pdf format or even attach a copy to their online listing. The listing brochures are automatically generated and are easily modified and customized with your contact information, logos and photos. Additionally, any visitor who downloads listing brochures from your site will be recorded and a profile will be created for them in your Online Office. 

Professional and Premium members have increased flexibility in the editing and customization of their richly detailed listing brochures. Upgraded members may select which pages they wish to include in their listings brochures such as listing details, room descriptions and listing photos.

Note: The domain name that appears on your listing brochures is dependant upon the Default Domain that you have associated with your website.

To Create a Listing Brochure: 

1. Sign in to your Online Office and click the Listings tab.
2. Click Listing Brochures.
3. In the Address column, locate the listing for which you want to create the brochure.
4. Click View.
5. Professional and Premium members now have the option of choosing which pages to create - the Cover page is automatically created, but you can choose whether to create the Details, Rooms and Photos pages via the check boxes located beneath each sheet type.
6. Click Create Listing Brochure. The Creating Listing Brochure progress meter will be displayed while your brochure is being generated. When the brochure is complete, the message, "Your Listing Brochure has been created successfully!" will appear.

7. Click Download Listing Brochure to save the new brochure to your computer.
   • A File Download window will open.
   • Click Open to view your newly created Listing Brochure.
   • Click Save to save the listing to your computer. You will be able to open and print this off at a later date.
8. Professional and Premium Members can click Attach to Listing to attach the brochure to the listing and have it available for visitors to your site to view and print.
