I am a REALTOR in Winnipeg with a focus on being able to provide the most conscientious of service. My desire is to alleviate the unnecessary pressures of the real estate transaction by providing the best of experience for my every client. I am presently concentrating upon employment relocations but am capable of providing nearly any service and do thoroughly enjoy sharing the experience of the first time home buyer. I have helped many through their first steps, detailing the process, increasing their ease of mind through the providing of a complete awareness of the process before them. (and got them some great deals as well!) With roots stemming from being raised in the country, I can most certainly assist those shopping and selling out of town, whether residential, recreational or otherwise. My personal history is immensely diverse and I am quite proud of the fantastic achievements that I have been capable of. Many of these have been in the realm of international arbitration and mediation with a distinct honour for myself being my involvement within the negotiations and demarcation of eight of the former Soviet states within the formation of the Russian Federation. As well, the achievement of two, three month cease fire agreements between Israel and Palestine, and more recently, my inclusion within the Badme talks between Ethiopia and Eritrea. I have been involved in the organization of humanitarian relief efforts to bring aid and medicines to depressed regions through a Coordinator position at CIDA and through my personal undertakings. As well, I have been active in the promotion of human rights efforts including gender equality, detainment policy, cultural tolerance and justice. I am honoured to have been consulted upon the constitutional reforms for the newly formed Human Rights Council and to have been involved in the efforts that brought me the recognition of the UN Volunteer of the Year Award.
I have also been involved in athletics for most of my life, having opportunity to compete, coach and provide support in a variety of fields. I have the pleasure of an honorary seat upon the Canadian Olympic Committee and as well, have worked with athletes within the Japanese national ladies figure skating team, and the Canadian programs for figure skating, hockey, speed skating, alpine and cross country skiing, and athletics. Much of this work included biomechanics as well as the usual dose of positive psychological motivation. I have firmly believed that one need only realize they can achieve their goals in order to be able to do so. I was upon the board of directors for the formation of the World Junior Hockey Championships and had the pleasure of representing Canada`s team in my younger years. Other activities in which I have enjoyed success included figure skating, auto racing, pole vault and high jump amongst a few others, though these are becoming quite dated regarding my involvement.
This is but a glimpse into all unto which I have endeavoured. Recent ailment has seen a re-alignment of my priorities post the necessity of extended sabbatical. Returning from this finds me exploring new horizons that have always been of interest to me and this opportunity sees me appreciating the qualities of a good home and the pleasures surrounding these homes. I shall extend invitation to join me in the finding of the relaxed atmosphere these homes may bring and the basis to which our lives return daily. I am hoping to facilitate such a pleasurable experience for a great many, and am always trying to do so in as many ways I can.
