I am a real community minded Realtor. I help my City by volunteering as much as I can with Cash donations or time helping out.

I donate to the Children's Miracle Network on every sale I make.
I donate several hours for 14 years now for a Seniors Association (FAFM) with their members travel plans.
I help with time and donations for Angles in the Night (Charity for the Homeless) along with the Salvation Army & Invis.
I help my Church out as much as I can when they have activities going on. ( ADOPT-A-BLOCK) etc.
I am also The Fundraiser Co-ordinator for the a Local Community Church.
I am a huge supporter with Focus in the Family, where my wife and I support children less fortunate so they can stay with their famiies.
I help also on countless events with time when approached for assistance.
Resent events- Helped with the Selkirk Telus Cup as Host for the Quebec Hockey team for 9 days.
2009 - Helped Winnipeg Realtors paint a house for Take Pride Winnipeg
- Helping church with a trip to the Peace Gardens, where I will be driving the bus to save them money.
- Helped the Irish dancers same money by driving the bus for them at no cost to Saskatoon 3 days 2008 & 2011
- Helped the Winnipeg Storm with driving the bus at no cost to Dryden 3 days
- Donated time for a fellow Realtor and his daughters social to drive bus at no cost.
- Currently fundraising for church,raised $5,000.00 goal is $50,000.00 /Year
- Donated my Real Estate services to 3 churches in the sale and purchase of Church.
- Was Transportation Chair for the World Under 17 Hockey Challenge in Winnipeg 2010-11 and will also do the 2011-12
- and other many litttle events and client assisting with their new homes.

I strongly believe that selling or buying your home, is only the beginning of where a neighborhood grows. We all have to do our part in making it a better place to live.

I have been in sales with the general public for over 35 years now. I have had different jobs, but all had one thing in common,
I Care about people. You are my first priority. So when my client leaves happy and satisfied, this tells me that I have done my job right, that is a Great feeling. If you talk to people who I have done work for, either in business or volunteering, you will only hear that I have gone over and above my duties, to make sure everything was done, and done right.
