.I am member of the Manila Board of Realtors, inc., the oldest real estate board in Asia, which is affiliated with Philippine Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc. I have vast experiences in bank's foreclosure and foreclosed assets, having worked before with a banking industry in Pampanga. My knowledge in real estate has been enhanced when I worked for and established a US real estate investment company which has been outsourcing to the Philippines the research on the properties for its acquisition.
