Sherry Richardson

I am a native of the Tampa Bay Area and a resident of Manatee County for 25 years. Licensed in real estate in 1999 and working as a buyers agent until 2004 at which time I took a management position with RE/MAX Alliance Group. In 2001, I became a member of the Women's Council of REALTORS , a national organization with over 17,000 members. and have held the office of Local Chapter President for Manatee County in 2003 and currently serve on Local, State and National Commitees. Women's Council of REALTOR'S also presented me with their Rising Star award for 2001 and the Humanitarian Award in 2005, 2006 Mentor of the Year and 2007 Founders Award.

I have am also a 3 year Florida Association of REALTORS Honor Circle member and Capital Club and Sterling member of the REALTORS Polictal Action Committee. I hold an e-PRO Internet Professional certifciation and recognized as a leader in the practice of Online Real Estate.

I am a 23 year member of Phi Beta Psi; Beta Kappa Chapter, a national and local organization dedicated to raising money for cancer research. I enjoy Nascar, Skydiving, Golf, Fishing & spending time with family and friends.
