Originally from the U.K. we are now happy to say that we have been residents of the USA and in particular Florida for more than 10 years.

We have owned property in Florida for over 25 years and eventually we decided to make it our home.

For seven years we owned and operated a Property Management Company with around 70 five star homes serving the Disney area. During this time many of our clients requested help with real estate so we decided to take Real Estate School and eventually we passed our exams and became Licensed Realtors®.

We have assisted many overseas buyers with both the purchase and sale of their properties and we have some great mortgage programs available for Foreign Buyers.

We are experienced in all markets including: residential; short-term rental; town homes; condominiums; vacation homes. We will be there with you every step of the way. Our objective is to make the buying or selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
