Ben Brown

native of Carroll County, Ben has been a lifelong resident of West Georgia. His interest in all things Real Estate began from an early age and has continued to grow. After graduation from Oak Mountain Academy in Carrollton, GA, Ben traveled to Athens, GA for his college studies. While studying at The University of Georgia, Ben became a licensed real estate agent and began studying under John Morrison and Cindy Karp of Cindy Karp Realty (www.cindykarp.com).

After receiving Bachelors degrees in Real Estate and Finance, Ben moved to Atlanta for a few years of city living and began a career with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

With his marriage to his college sweetheart, Shana, the newlyweds established their new life together in West Georgia. Attaining a position at a Regional Bank in Commercial Lending, Ben was able to merge his two interests of Real Estate and Finance and developed an extensive knowledge of the local real estate market.

In 2009, Ben left the finance world behind to focus exclusively on real estate at West Georgia Properties. By attaining his Broker's license and GA Auctioneers license Ben is able to provide a multitude of services to his clients.
